Mama Bird has been executing off-site catered events for several years now, to include several 1500-person events for our Las Vegas Raiders at their HQ in Henderson. We were also selected as an approved caterer for THE BIG GAME LVIII on Feb 11 2024!

Mama Bird is a southern inspired kitchen and smokehouse, that celebrates and revives what it means to be home-made and backyard-smoked with a fresh, modern take on traditional dishes. We invite guests to reminisce of a time gone by where southern homes and backyards were always open to welcome in neighbors or folks just passing through. From ole Dixie Fried Chicken to low ’n-slow Smoked Texas Brisket, a home-cooked meal is always wholesome, hearty and good.

Our location in Southern Highlands is perfect for team bonding luncheons, networking mixers, company holiday parties, sports team celebrations, special milestone occasions, board meetings, and more! We can host groups from 8 - 60 on site, and our off-site catering capabilities are endless.
